WINQUEST WINNER CASH AND PRIZE REDEMPTION PROCESS
Upon winning on the Winquest app, Winquest will promptly respond to the winner by sending a winner's email confirming the contest prize or cash won within 3 days. Once the winning email is sent, the Winquest user has 15 days to respond. Failure to respond within the stipulated 15-day period will result in disqualification of the Winquest winner from receiving the prize.
Winquest users are advised to check their spam folders to ensure they do not miss the winner's email, which will be sent from the email address winquestapp@gmail.com. After the Winquest winner responds to our email, WinQuest will initiate the prize processing, which will take no longer than 60 business days to send out the won prize.
Upon receiving the prize, the Winquest winner will be notified through the Winquest winner email, which will include a colored attachment known as the WINQUEST “I WON” document. The Winquest winner must print out the document and take a picture of themselves with it. This picture should then be sent back to the email winquestapp@gmail.com as part of the redemption process. Failure to return the “I WON” picture may result in an winquest App account suspension.
WINQUEST WINNER CLAIM TERMS
By participating in any of the Winquest app's free Scratch-offs, free raffles, free AR treasure hunts, premium treasure hunts, or any other game, contest, or sweepstakes, if you are selected as a winner and receive cash or a prize, you, as the Winquest winner, hereby acknowledge and agree to be responsible for paying all applicable taxes on the prize or cash amount won.
It is your obligation to comply with all relevant tax laws and ensure that the correct and lawful amount of taxes is remitted for the prize or cash received from the Winquest app company. Winquest shall not assume any liability for the payment of taxes on any cash or prizes awarded to you through the Winquest app platform.
As a Winquest user, you fully agree to abide by all tax laws applicable in your country and complete all necessary paperwork as required before the winning prize is released to you. All legal tax paperwork that needs to be filled out must be filled out before Winquest sends any cash or prize to that winquest user/winner.
Winquest reserves the right to deduct and withhold the appropriate tax portion from the cash and prize amount won by the winning Winquest user and remit it directly to the tax department of the winner's country. The winning amount and the corresponding taxes will be sent out simultaneously.
